  Our no premium PLATINUM plan offers doctor and specialist visits, inpatient hospital stays days 1-5, and preventive screenings and health club memberships all at ZERO cost. Plus dental, vision, and for low, fixed co-pays. Plus Much More!
• Our Medicare Special Needs Plans if you have Medicare both Part A & B, receive assistance from the state and live in the service area, you can join our EMERALD special needs plan at any time of the year! For a low $21 per month premium, you get no inpatient co-pay days 1 -15, medical and Part D coverage that mirrors your state assistance plus we provide many supplemental benefits you won’t receive on original Medicare or Medicaid.
