Quality Management Program

 Optimum HealthCare Inc's. Quality Program was developed to promote quality health care and excellence in service to Optimum members and providers. The goals of the Optimum QM Program are:

• To continuously identify and act on opportunities to improve member health outcomes
• To continuously identify and act on opportunities to improve the service provided to internal and external customers
• To establish a culture for continuous quality improvement throughout the Optimum system

Optimum works with physicians and other professional staff to review quality issues, identify quality goals, and determine if Optimum is making progress to improve care and service for Optimum members.

Physicians who would like to participate in any of the Optimum committees are encouraged to contact the Provider Relations Department for more information. Members who would like to provide ideas regarding quality activities are encouraged to contact Optimum Customer Service Department.
